How this guide helps you
You see that a company has visited your website and what they looked at page by page.
Before you reach out to them it will benefit you to look at their previous visits to your website (since our tracking code has been in place).
We routinely see examples of companies that have visited subscribers weeks or months before, returning more frequently as part of their ‘decision to make contact’, and so it’s useful to have a picture of their visit history so that you can effectively package your contact to them in a way that understands how they’ve previously interacted with your website pages.
Whether you view your visiting companies via your emailed daily report or via logging into A1WebStats and viewing ‘Companies’, you will often see a link to the right of the visit showing how many days it’s been since that IP address was seen visiting your website.
If you click on the link from the ‘Companies’ view you will see a view that includes a ‘Visitor History >>’ link plus the history of visitors, as in the example below.
From here you can click on ‘Visitor History >>’ followed by ‘Select All’ and ‘Create Report >>’ to get the detail level view of the complete history of that visitor.
Clicking on ‘X day(s) since last visit’ from other views within A1WebStats will take you to the view where you can click on ‘Select All’ and ‘Create Report >>’ to get the detail level view of the complete history of that visitor.
